Do you offer any discounts?

We do offer pricing discounts for larger orders.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your order.

Can I order a large order for immediate delivery?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not keep a large stock on hand. For multiple or bulk orders, please call our kitchen directly to place your order.

How far in advance do I need to place my wedding order?

We ask for two months lead time for wedding favors if you are ordering custom packaging. It can take several weeks for us to receive packaging materials. Please contact our kitchen directly to speak with someone about your event.

Our products are perishable and cooked per order, and therefore may not be returned.

How do you ship?

We use UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail for most shipments. Both companies offer a a 2-day air option available. The cost is dependent upon the weight and therefore size of the order. Depending on the size of the order we may have to put the product in more than one box.  We also ship internationally, but ask that you contact us directly to place these orders.

Do you ship in warmer months?

We do ship year round all across the us. Since our caramels are soft to begin with, we do add cool packs in the shipping boxes to help keep products fresh. There is a $5.00 charge added to shipping costs during these months. This charge will be automatically built in to the shipping costs during these times.

Do your caramels contain nuts?

Our facility is 100% nut-free.  We are committed to manufacturing nut free and gluten free products.

Do you use high fructose corn syrup?

We use karo corn syrup in our recipe and this syrup does contain high fructose corn syrup. We are aware of the public debate over the effects of high-fructose corn syrup in our foods. In an effort to eliminate this ingredient from our recipe, we tried cooking with many other types of syrup. The results from our testing prove that this ingredient specifically acts as the binding agent that ultimately creates the perfect texture of our caramel.

What is the difference between the chocoalte sea salt caramels and the omg!?

Our chocolate sea salt caramels are cooked with dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt on top. The OMG! caramels are our original caramel blanketed in milk chocolate and dusted with sea salt.

Can I buy the pumpkin caramels anytime?

The pumpkin caramels are a seasonal flavor along with apple-cinnamon, maple, chocolate raspberry, and old bay (just to name a few).  Our seasonal flavors rotate every three months offering something special for every season.  We also will have 'limited time' flavors that will be available throughout the year.

How many caramels come in the bags and boxes?

We cut our caramel by hand with roll cutters, allowing us to cut a relatively consistent 1" square caramel.  Our caramels still vary in size and for this reason, we package our products by weight.  On average the tempting gift bag contains (12) caramels, the irresistible gift bag (20) caramels, the divine gift box (18) caramels, and the ooo, la la gift box (38) caramels.

Do I have to heat the caramel sauce?

No. Texture remains malleable and not firm, so you can eat it with a spoon.

How do I heat the caramel sauce?

To warm the sauce, place the jar in the microwave for 10 seconds and mix well.

What is the shelf life of the caramel sauce?

Once opened, the sauce lasts two weeks in the refrigerator.

If I choose to pick-up my order, how long does it take?
