The combination of a few simple ingredients creates something utterly transcendent. Our caramels are slow cooked in small batches and made to order in a nut free facility. Butter, heavy cream, cane sugar, corn syrup, and pure vanilla extract are the foundation of all that we create. We add Fluer de Sel sea salt, Guittard chocolate, Old Bay Seasoning®, natural oils, and other simple and clean ingredients to craft the caramels you will come to love.
We are proud to say that our products are all free from nuts, gluten, soy, high fructose, and trans-fat. We use only the highest quality ingredients with no added preservatives or artificial flavors. Our caramels are BEST enjoyed within eight weeks, but retain their freshness for up to four months unrefrigerated.
